Observations: Due to the fragmentary state of the inscription we cannot tell much on its content. What we know is that we are dealing with a honorific decree granted to this individual for his benefactions (he paid for a work of fortification and he also provided grains to the inhabitants in times of need). If he was not a citizen already he probably received it later on.
