Provincial Governor: legatus Augusti
Observations: His entire name was Publius Vigellius Raius Plarius Saturninus Atilius Braduanus Caucidius Tertullus. Due to the fact that the text mentions only that he was a legatus Augusti we are not sure if the individual was a governor of Moesia Inferior, or only a legatus of the legio V Macedonica. It was also assumed by some researchers that he is to be identified with Saturninus the proconsul of Africa from AD 180.
